Virtual, Instructor lead training

Management Solutions Group has 4 different methods for providing training. These include onsite workshops, Recorded Web based training, some public training, and virtual-instructor led training.

While most organizations find the onsite, focused training workshops the move effective method of providing their staff with the skills to be competent and successful virtual training is becoming a lower cost alternative for many organizations, especially if they have multiple locations.

Management Solutions Group has adapted many of our training workshops to be delivered with web conference application which can lower costs for some organizations and provide greater flexibility. With these classes we can schedule multiple, shorter sessions to allow for other work to proceed without as much interruption and give the participants time to assimilate the training materials and develop questions for subsequent sessions. We have provided training this way for about 8 years now and it is growing.

This works well for most of our regular training sessions up-to and including the internal auditor sessions. It does require the participants to follow through on assignments made in the workshops and allows for good dialogue and participation.
