Mark Dunneback is a Full Time Faculty member of local University, preceded by fifteen years progressive work experience encompassing all aspects of Quality and Manufacturing- Initial Concept and Design of Part and Tooling, Validation, Production, Metrology, Continuous Improvement- across many different capacities: Injection Molding, Automation, Microelectronics, Metal Stamping, Machining, Special Machines, Gaging & Fixturing of medical, automotive, furniture, appliance and aerospace products.
Mark has nationally recognized certifications through the American Society for Quality as well as thorough understanding of multiple Lean, Six Sigma and Total Quality Management tools coupled with intense motivation to create proven results.
Before teaching Mark was qualified as a Journeyman toolmaker and held positions in gage, fixtures, transfer dies and metrology, as well as electronic manufacturing, medical devices, and automotive supplier quality. In these positions Mark worked with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ISO 13485 as well as Lean and value stream mapping, CAPA, OEE, Kaizen, and customer quality management as a partial list.
